With the development of economy and rapid change of financial industry,large enterprises are facing with the increasing competitive pressure.How to keep ahead of the competition becomes a key problem that each enterprise should solve.Also,the similar consideration is important to the bank which has the ultimate purpose of profit.Performance management,as a significant way to influence operating,is directly related to enterprise's long-term development.During the study,methods utilized in this paper are combining of the literature consulting research,on-the-spot observing method and case analysis.The idea of the writing in this article which is find the problem,analyze the problem and finally solve the problem.In the first part the author put forward the research background and research significance of this article,followed by the domestic and foreign scholars on the performance management.The second part describes the basic concepts of commercial bank performance evaluation.And the third part introduces the basic situation of A bank branch Z,as well as current performance evaluation,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing the 360-degree performance appraisal method.The forth part elaborates the principle and overall idea of A bank branch Z 360-degree performance appraisal construction.At last,the article puts forward the problems that the bank should pay attention to in the process of using 360-degree performance appraisal method and some related safeguard measures.Through the use of 360-degree performance appraisal A bank branch Z,we hope it can provide a set of effective methods for the improvement of the traditional performance system of commercial banks and the realization of its strategic development goals.
