Since China's accession to the WTO,the world economic prosperity and open financial system drives the rapid development of Chinese commercial Banks with foreign bank entry and the rise of China's domestic policy Banks,China's five major state-owned commercial Banks are faced with the severe test and challenge.Banks belong to a service-oriented institutions,so the convergence of financial products market environment,investigate the cause of its competition is talented person's competition,the state-owned commercial Banks compared with foreign Banks and local Banks,no matter from the training system,salary structure,promotion platform etc have certain gap.How to enhance the competitiveness of Banks,effectively retain the core personnel,give full play to the advantage of humanistic,create a higher value contribution and target efficiency,need to build commercial Banks and development needs and employee corresponds to meet the needs of the development of science and the staff performance appraisal system,to improve employee performance and inspire team synergy effect,the power bank strategic vision has important guidance and practical significance.To closely around the head office and the branches province strategy development requirement,further promote the branch,the quantitative,multi-function integrated strategic transformation,with " network + team " for the gripper,optimizing the allocation of various resources,give full play to the vigor.This paper taking QX branch employee performance evaluation work as a research starting point,first of all,through the analysis of the present situation and the existing problems pointed out branch employee performance evaluation work and the deficiency of the missing;Secondly,based on the scheme on how to construct a systemic from system construction,evaluation subject,evaluation index,process,criteria and evaluation result application is studied,a more scientific performance evaluation method of evaluation indicator,weight and body design,associated effective employee performance and organizational performance;Finally,through diversification performance evaluation result application design in order to improve the rewards and punishment incentive effect,improve the staff of performance goals,esteemed enhancement initiative of employees of personal ability to ascend,guide staff toward high performance goal pursued beyond,and thus help QX branch to foster comprehensive competitiveness and achieve strategic transformation requirements.
