As an important part of the development of our financial system,commercial banks are of great importance to create a competitive customer manager management team in order to attract more quality customers.At present,many large commercial banks in our country have a clear assessment scheme on the assessment level of customer managers.However,many banks have not yet built a sound,systematic and complete assessment system for customer managers.There are many problems in the assessment system,such as unscientific assessment indicators,repeated assessment indicators and improper assessment methods.There is no better use of the assessment.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive and comprehensive analysis of the appraisal system of the customer manager,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of the assessment system suitable for the commercial banks in China.In this paper,the methods of literature,investigation and comparative analysis are used.On the basis of data collection,the study is carried out in combination with practice and theoretical analysis.And through the comparative analysis of XY bank,Minsheng Bank and the Bank of Communications Customer Manager assessment mechanism,the successful experience is summed up to provide reference and reference for the research.In addition,the design of XY bank HA branch customer manager performance assessment questionnaire,through data analysis and summary of HA Branch Customer Manager assessment system problems and reasons,and put forward the XY bank HA branch customer manager performance evaluation system optimization scheme.This research holds that the performance appraisal system of XY bank HA branch should include the content design of the performance appraisal system,the Improvement of Performance Evaluation Method and Effect Analysis of Optimized Scheme.The results of performance evaluation include customer manager’s performance evaluation and feedback of performance evaluation results.The results of the performance evaluation are mainly included in the evaluation index,the introduction of KPI and the 360 degree assessment design of the customer manager.Through questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,This study designed a more suitable "360 degree" performance evaluation scheme for XY bank ha branch.,in order to further improve the enthusiasm and satisfaction of the customer manager,so as to break the business bottleneck of HA branch,reduce the brain drain,and improve the core competition among the HA branches in the XY bank.The force provides a certain theoretical basis and practical help.
