In recent years,as the Chinese economy continues to develop well,the consumption capacity of Chinese residents has continued to grow,and domestic consumer demand has continued to be released.At the same time,along with the rapid development of Internet technology,the online transaction volume of B2 C e-commerce has increased year by year.In the development process of B2 C e-commerce,it mainly faces three core issues: information transmission,transaction payment,and logistics and distribution.Under the background of low-volume,multi-category and high-frequency consumption becoming the main consumer trends on the Internet,logistics and distribution have become an important bottleneck affecting the development of B2 C e-commerce companies.In e-commerce transactions,logistics and distribution undertakes the function of accurately,promptly and quickly delivering goods according to consumer demand.The use of consumer big data to study consumer behavior,prepare goods for stock preparation ahead of schedule,distribute front-end product inventories close to consumer terminals,reduce logistics costs,and improve logistics and distribution response capabilities have become an important area for the development of e-commerce logistics.For this reason,in the fierce market competition,B2 C e-commerce companies have met the increasingly high consumer demand by implementing multi-warehouse replenishment to set up a logistics network,achieving the goal of rapid distribution and reducing logistics costs.Under the multi-category operating environment,how to optimize commodity category management rules,establish commodity management identification mechanisms,and form a scientific and rational multi-warehouse replenishment program have become key issues for B2 C e-commerce companies to study.In this industry environment,this article takes the representative A company in the B2 C e-commerce field as the research object.From the perspective of innovative research,we have reduced the logistics costs of B2 C E-Commerce Company A and launched a study on the optimization of multi-warehouse replenishment.Through the investigation of the actual operation of Company A,the problems faced by Company A in the current multi-warehouse replenishment work were summarized,and the specific reasons were analyzed.Based on the sales and operation data of company A,the company has developed rules for the management of commodity categories by studying the literature in related fields.Innovating research methods in the process of researching specific core categories,established a commodity optimization and identification mechanism centering on the volatility coefficient,enriched the research content in the field,and identified three SKU commodities as optimizationtargets.For the commodities to be optimized,a model based on minimization of logistics costs was established using the simulation method.Relevant constraints were established based on factors such as binning,aging,etc.The LINGO software was used to solve the model and an optimization scheme was obtained.Through the comparative analysis of benefits,it is verified that scientific multi-warehouse replenishment can effectively reduce logistics costs and provide a practical and feasible method for A company to make replenishment decisions in multiple warehouses in the future.Since the multi-warehouse replenishment work is universal in the field of B2 C e-commerce,the content of the study also has certain reference significance for other enterprises in the same industry.
