With the rapid development of the world economy and the Internet,consumers have put forward higher requirements for the brand and quality of products and distribution speed.Their demand for high quality products abroad has made the cross-border e-commerce market open gradually.China supports and encourages the development of cross-border e-commerce industry to make cross-border e-commerce development environment better and more standardized.In order to help enterprises determine the best order strategy under different conditions,make the daily average inventory transportation cost minimum and reduce the occupancy of cash flow in the enterprise,this paper studies the order strategy under the model of bonded warehouse according to the actual situation.The research results are as follows:1.Under the assumption that the bonded warehouse is out of stock and the demand is random variable,in view of the characteristics that the bonded warehouse can postpone the tax payment,I design the calculation method for the profit of the temporary payment of the tax.According to this method,this paper establishes the joint regular order strategy cost model under the model of bonded warehouse,and finally uses the classical genetic algorithm to analyze the solution process of the model.2.Considering the risk preference of decision-makers,this paper establishes the joint regular ordering strategy cost model in the form of the bonded warehouse model after the reference of the risk preference utility function in order to explore the influence of different risk preference and psychological reference level on the expected cost,the best order quantity and the best order cycle.The solution process of the model is analyzed by coarse-grained parallel genetic algorithm.3.In this paper,the product completion tax price,the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive tax rate,the risk preference coefficient and the psychological reference level are the control variables,and the genetic algorithm is used to simulate,and the conclusions are as follows:1)The higher the product dutiable price and the cross border electricity comprehensive tax rate,the longer the order period and the larger the order quantity,the lower the daily average cost of the bonded warehouse's stock transportation;2)the higher the risk preference coefficient,the smaller the order period and order quantity,and the higher the average daily inventory transportation cost;3)under the same risk preference,the higher the psychological reference level of the decision-maker,the shorter the optimal order period,the more the optimal order quantity,the lower the expected utility cost;4)with the improvement of psychological reference level,the more risk is the decision maker,the more obvious the trend of the order quantity growth;5)in the face of "loss",risk aversion decision-makers are more sensitive to changes in psychological reference levels,while in the face of "gain",risk seeking decision-makers are more sensitive to changes in psychological reference levels.
