Research On The Situationand Countermeasures Of Eco-agriculture In Wuhan City

In recent years,our party and government have emphasized the transition from traditional agriculture to ecological agriculture in the central document no.1.In 2010,our country has issued 7 guidance of ‘three rural'central ‘file No.1',to emphasize the concern in rural areas,farmers care,support agriculture,clearly put forward to encourage the development of circular agriculture,ecological agriculture and improve agricultural sustainable development ability.In the context of structural reform in the industrial supply side,the structural reform of agricultural industry has become a top priority.The central document in 2017,emphatically pointed out: ‘the implementation of green production,enhance capacity for sustainable development of agriculture;Vigorously developing the rural leisure tourism industry,gives full play to the unique advantages of rural all kinds of material and non-material resources enrichment,using the‘ecological tourism+' mode,promotes the agriculture,forestry,and tourism education,culture,health care and other industries depth of integration.'This shows the importance of developing ecological agriculture once again.Although great achievements have been made in the theoretical research in recent years,experimental demonstration and popularization of ecological agriculture,there are still some problems that cannot be denied.These problems are becoming barriers to the further development of ecological agriculture.In recent years,with China's urbanization and industrialization process greatly accelerated,the agricultural development in the emergence of many against the ‘ecological' phenomenon,such as ecological theory based on incomplete and restricts the development of agriculture,ecological agriculture technology system is not perfect,restricting the development of ecological agriculture and encouraging ecological policies lag,policy adjustment effect obviously,the level of service and capacity building can not meet the requirements,the lack of development of ecological agriculture related services,agricultural industrialization level is not high,the industry chain has not yet formed,organization construction problems and lack of ecological agriculture technology and concept promotion efforts is not enough.Hubei is a big agricultural province in China,Wuhan,with high-quality grain and oil,special aquatic products,vegetables,livestock and other high quality scale as the leading industry,keeps the advantage characteristics of agricultural output value accounted for the proportion of total agricultural output value of more than 80%,freshwater products,vegetable production separation of 36 large and medium-sized city,the first second.Therefore,it is of profound historical background and practical significance to study the development of ecological agriculture in Wuhan.In this paper,we will start from the six chapters through the basic idea of "Giving-problem-analysisproblem-solving problem".The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is about the introduction,which focuses on the problem.It mainly includes the background and significance of studying ecological agriculture in Wuhan,the present situation of research at home and abroad,literature review,research ideas,innovations and shortcomings.The second chapter is about the concepts and theories.First,the concepts of primitive agriculture,traditional agriculture,circular agriculture,and ecological agriculture are expounded,and a simple distinction is made between them.Second,the paper expounds the theories of sustainable development,niche theory,food chain principle,the whole effect principle,and briefly explains how this article applies these theories to analyze relevant content.The third chapter is a chapter on the status situation.This part mainly carries on the thorough research from Wuhan ecology agriculture development course,development present situation,development characteristic and so on three aspects.The fourth chapter is about the research of the problem about ecological agriculture.This part is mainly from the government,the market,the farmer to carry on the expansion,separately analyzed the question which the ecological agriculture development faces in Wuhan.The fifth chapter is about the countermeasure research.This section,according to the corresponding principles,and also from the government,the market,farmers and other three main countermeasures analysis,to guide the development of ecological agriculture in Wuhan to provide some guidance.The sixth chapter is about the conclusion and prospect.This part is mainly a summary of the full text,and finally concludes the innovation of this paper.On this basis,the future research is prospected,and some future scholars may point out the research.
