Since entering the 21 st century,more and more employees have entered the workplace,and the focus of social topics has begun to focus on the new generations of “80s” and “post-90s” youths,which have brought new challenges and changes to the management of employees.Especially the new generation of knowledge workers,their unique personality and values make them easier to perceive the rejection of the workplace;and their courage to innovate;flexible thinking and other characteristics make it easy for them to spontaneously participate in organizational change.It is precisely because of their proactive behavior that the phenomenon of “showing wood in the forest and the wind will destroy it” is also easy to produce.In the new era,is pro-active behavior a real cause of employee exclusion? Is there any way to make "wood show in the forest and dance with the wind" ?The previous surveys and studies are mainly focused on the positive effects of active behaviors on the corporate society.However,the author's research is based on the perspective of the new generation of knowledge workers and explores the negative effects of the new generation of employees' initiative behaviors.Through literature analysis,questionnaires and other methods,using statistical analysis techniques such as exploratory factor analysis,variance analysis,and multi-level regression analysis,we explored which variables can regulate this effect.The study found that: Firstly,proactive behavior has the potential for workplace exclusion.Secondly,organizational self-esteem will reverse the direction of workplace exclusion.Thirdly,the three variables of active behavior,workplace exclusion,and organizational self-esteem have individual differences in the new generation of knowledge workers.According to the conclusions,it provides effective feasibility advice for the company's employee management,and it also opens up new perspectives for theoretical research on academic initiative behavior.
