At present,the new generation of knowledge worker has become the main force of the enterprise,and part of the new generation of knowledge workers have embarked on the core positions of enterprises.The new generation of knowledge workers have the advantages of independent personality,innovative spirit the high level of cultural and so on,but there are some weaknesses such as not good at teamwork,defensive ability is weak,do not like to be bound,which will result in some problems.How to reduce the exclusion of the new generation of knowledge workers,how to improve the organizational identification and how to drive the initiative behavior have become the problems of business management.Workplace ostracism,organizational identity and proactive behavior are the most popular research topics in the field of organizational management in recent years.However,the research results of the relations among the three variables are insufficient.The study on the relationship among the three variables in China is to be verified.In this paper,the new generation of knowledge worker is the object of the study in ways of qualitative research and quantitative research.This paper studies the relationship between workplace exclusion,organizational identity and proactive behavior,and explores the role of organizational identity as an intermediary variable.First of all,the literature review method is used to comprehensively study and evaluate the research results of scholars in the past,and the research model of "workplace ostracism-organizational identity-proactive behavior" with organizational identity as the mediator variable is put forward,and the corresponding research hypothesis is put forward.Secondly,the valid data were collected by questionnaire,and descriptive statistics,difference analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediator effect analysis were used to analyze each variable by statistical analysis software SPSS21.0.The results are as follows:(1)The new generation of knowledge workers' workplace exclusion has a significant negative impact on proactive behavior.Among them,job exclusion has a significant negative effect on active behavior,interpersonal exclusion has no effect on active behavior;(2)The new generation ofknowledge workers' workplace exclusion has a significant negative impact on organizational identity.Among them,the work rejection has a significant negative impact on organizational identity,and interpersonal exclusion has an impact on organizational identity;(3)The new generation of knowledge workers' organizational identity has a significant positive predictive effect on proactive behavior.(4)Organizational identity of the new generation of knowledge workers between workplace exclusion and active behavior plays a complete intermediary role.Innovation of this article:(1)Discuss the relationship between workplace exclusion,organizational identity and proactive behavior in the localization environment of China;(2)Organizational identity is introduced into the theoretical model of workplace exclusion and proactive behavior as an intermediary variable,and verify the mediating role of organizational identity.This study deepens the understanding of the work exclusion,organizational identity and proactive behavior of the new generation knowledge workers in the context of China's localization.Managers can reduce the negative impact of workplace exclusion on active behavior from organizational identity,and some references is provided for Research and management practice.
