At the moment,the Internet is creating value for the world in the speed and breadth of its past.The core competitiveness of a excellent Internet enterprise lies in talents,and the introduction and stability of talents is the fundamental of ensuring the healthy and rapid development of an Internet enterprise.The backbone of Internet enterprises is talent,which is also the core object of human resource management.The development of the Internet industry,as well as the supply of human resources,does not match the needs,which is particularly urgent in the study of employee separation problems.There are many factors that affect employee turnover.In addition to salary,promotion and other reasons,psychological contract has a significant impact on employee turnover intention.This article is from the perspective of psychological contract,the problem of their dimission tendency is deeply analyzed by the group of Internet employees.Based on the existing theories,we first set up a scale design that fits the dimensions of psychological contract and turnover intention of Internet employees.This needs to refer to the existing scales and then revise them according to actual conditions,and then use the latest statistical software for data analysis.get conclusion.The main conclusions of this paper include the following points: First,through the comparison of data,it is found that employees of Internet enterprises have a negative correlation with the dimission tendency on the whole and in the normative,interpersonal and developmental aspects.Secondly,the employees of Internet enterprises are different in psychological contract because of their differences in gender,age,educational background and marital status.Thirdly,the psychological contract has certain predictive power to the dimission tendency.According to the results of the data analysis,the suggestions for salary and work intensity,work atmosphere and career promotion channels are proposed.The purpose is to improve the degree of employee's psychological contract to achieve the degree,thus reducing the purpose of Internet companies employees turnover intention.
