Employee performance appraisal is very important in human resource management,a good performance appraisal system is helpful to indicate the accurate direction for employees,arouse the enthusiasm of staff,and for their better career development.Generally speaking,To make the performance appraisal achieve better results,it shoud have clear performance appraisal target,fair performance appraisal process,equitable distribution result.Therefore,this paper studies the performance appraisal of the technical staff of HK company based on several important factors affecting performance,and proposes corresponding optimization Suggestions for the deficiencies.First of all,in this paper,the present research situation are reviewed in the field of performance management,summarizes the performance appraisal of the concept,the purpose of the performance appraisal,performance appraisal theory method and so on,finally chose the "performance appraisal is a combination of behavior and result" as the theoretical starting point of this article.Secondly,this paper collected the HK company technical staff performance appraisal plan,know that it is in the process of performance appraisal to table similar to the balanced scorecard performance appraisal way,issued by the company's operating target layers of decomposition,finally and technical staff performance appraisal of the situation,through in-depth understanding of the company's performance appraisal method,the analysis of the disadvantages of the possible.Again,this is about HK company technical staff performance appraisal scheme implementation effect in the practical work,the author of the company's technical staff from the performance of the rationality,the fairness of performance appraisal,the fairness of distribution,and evaluate the effectiveness of the system from four aspects,the technical staff has carried on the questionnaire survey and field interviews.Four points based on the index system of customer satisfaction and figure method to analyze the questionnaire method,found that poor HK company technical staff performance satisfaction situation,reflecting the performance target job content,their influence on its performance,performance target is consistent with the facts,whether to have enough resources to complete the corresponding task performance and performance are in conformity with the current salary situation,the transparency of the performance evaluation process,clearly defined evaluation indexes,evaluation system in line with the current compensation system is inadequate.Then,Shen Hua JJ Company as benchmarking enterprise,analyze its characteristics in performance appraisal,and performance goals should be clear,provide resources to support and encourage employees to participate in the formulation,performance matching position and performance,and evaluation process is transparent for HK company technical staff performance appraisal optimization provide enlightenment.Of performance appraisal is discussed,the theory,combined with the current lack of technical staff performance appraisal of HK company,using the revelation of shenhua group performance appraisal,and optimize the HK company technical staff performance appraisal,namely,to establish a kind of based on the technical staff and the superior performance of the contract between the leadership of the system,and comprehensive company performance targets,daily job responsibilities and performance appraisal system on the basis of capacity requirements.
