Most students' pad and mobile phones are often flooded with various types of foreign language learning software.Students are constantly looking for an app that meets their needs, level of learning, and is easy to use and effective. In the process of trying, college students often repeatedly download, open, try, delete foreign language APPs,creating a "short-lived" ending for many APPs on each person's mobile phone. Therefore,we will study how to enhance university students' willingness to use foreign language software and hope to provide effective information to foreign language learners and developers of foreign language learning online education products.Firstly, the current situation of foreign language software research at home and abroad and the theoretical models that need to be used are combed.Second, based on the two-factor theory, external variables are used as a bridge to integrate the technology acceptance model and the task technology matching model, and foreign language APPs are obtained. The user continues to use the model. The model retains the original three variables in the technology acceptance model, and adds four new variables based on task technology adaptation and two-factor theory. They are system quality, content quality, interactivity, and unloading intention, and have established influence on foreign languages. The theoretical model of APP users' continuous use and unloading intentions, and 11 research hypotheses about influencing factors of foreign language software use.Then,SPSS19.0 was used to carry out correlation and regression analysis on the questionnaire data, confirming that four hypotheses were not established, and two new research hypotheses were proposed. Finally, the rest of the assumptions were verified using the AMOS 17.0 software by constructing a structural equation model.By validating the theoretical model and the hypotheses proposed,we conclude that:(1)The perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of foreign language software by college students have a positive and significant effect on the willingness to continue use,and the impact of perceived usefulness maximum.(2)The system and content quality of foreign language APPs indirectly influence the willingness of college students for continuous use,and the influence of the content quality of foreign language APPs is greater than the system quality.(3)The interactive and perceptual usefulness of foreign language APPs have a negative impact on undergraduates' willingness to unload, and the influence of interaction on unloading intentions is greater than perceived usefulness.
