The Research Of The PPP Project Return Model

With the continuous development of China's national economy,more and more private sectors have begun to enter the field of infrastructure construction,and the PPP model has gradually entered the public view.The traditional government-provided infrastructure construction projects suffer from various shortcomings such as lack of funds,chaotic management,and backward technology.The participation of the private sector effectively compensates for such deficiencies and increases the government's efficiency in the use of social resources.In the PPP project,the government and the private sector share the benefits and share the risks,forming a long-term and stable cooperative relationship.However,the huge initial investment,project construction risk,long operating cycle,and low project income are common characteristics of PPP projects.This has also caused many PPP projects fail to mobilize the participation enthusiasm of social capital.Therefore,many experts and scholars focus on how to improve the level of project revenue and how to organize PPP projects to make make the projects more profitable for both side.The author selected a PPP project of a municipal solid waste disposal park as a research object,analyzed the project income in the form of case analysis,and concluded that optimizing the structure of the PPP project has an important role in improving project profitability.Based on the case analysis,this article proposes relevant suggestions on how to improve the profitability of PPP projects.In theory,it supplements the content of the improvement of the profitability of PPP projects,and also provides guidance for the project's project structure and improvement of returns in practice.It provides a decision-making basis for the scientific guidance of project construction and operation.Therefore,it has the practical significance.
