In the recent years,with the rapid development of electronic industry,the state-owned enterprise A,as the main unit of electroacoustic branch,the company obtains steady development in the excellent situation of the industry market environment,at the same time,private enterprises also catch the opportunity to expand the scale,such as the bamboo breaks though the soil after the rain,and the competition also has become particularly intense.As a state-owned manufacturing enterprise,in order to keep stable in the market competition,While improving the core competitiveness of enterprises,it is even more necessary to improve the level of production and operation management of enterprises,because production and it is an important part of manufacturing enterprises and it is an important guarantee for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Integrating the premise of the theory of production and operation management,the company analyzes itself according to its own specific situation,and finds out the insufficiency of the enterprise in production and operation management,then proposes corresponding improvement measures and effective management methods,and lays a foundation for the future development of the enterprise.This article takes the state-owned enterprise A as the research object and analyzes the problems existing in its production and operation management including four aspects: new product development process,supply management,inventory control in production management,and quality management.Based on this,through my own work background,investigation and research,and data analysis,combined with production and operation management theory,supply management theory,inventory management theory,quality management theory and other related theories,books and similar periodicals.It puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement,and the purpose is to improve the level of production and operation management.Although this article takes the state-owned enterprise A as an example,the suggestions for improvement of production and operation management mentioned in the article also have certain reference significance for the other state-owned manufacturing enterprises.It is hoped that this can improve the problems existing in the similar enterprises and their production and operation management capabilities.
