Production and operation management is a kind of factory activity which integrates production?operation and management.The production and operation management derived from factory activity caters to the needs of modern enterprises with its unique value,and increasingly becomes a new breakthrough point for domestic and foreign enterprises and companies to optimize their enterprise structure.With the tide of economic globalization,the degree of product differentiation is becoming smaller and smaller,and the competition among enterprises has changed qualitatively,that is to say,from the competition among domestic enterprises to the competition between the domestic enterprises and the enterprises of all over the world,and from the competition among enterprises' products to the competition among production and operation management systems.No matter how technology advances,how knowledge updates,products are eventually produced by organizations formed by employees,so how to do? Who will do it? Where will it to do ? What time do you do it? Must plan as a whole and arrange reasonably,China is the world's manufacturing center.Manufacturing industry is already the pillar industry of China.In contrast,the production and operation management of manufacturing industry in China is still in the initial stage,far from meeting the requirements of the rapid development of industry.Every enterprise can not be exist Independently.The transformer and inductor industry is even worse than expected.The HLC Company is one of the industry leaders,its reform,innovation,transformation and upgrading is more critical.Production and operation management is a management science which combines practicality and applicability.Manufacturing enterprises should not only face the cruel competition of their domestic counterparts,but also accept the market plunder of international giant enterprises.At the same time,they should be highly vigilant against the covet of cross-industry and cross-domain advanced alternative technology.As a manufacturer of magnetic components for transformers and inductors in China and providing solutions for various kinds of magnetic components,the HLC company,known as“excellent supplier”,has great potential for development with its unique technology and excellent product quality.How to adapt to the development of the market,explore and construct a management model which is in accordance with the actual production and operation of HLC.Deeply grasping the characteristic resources and creating a new brand of production and operation management will be a new subject for HLC company to develop production and operation management system.The research on production and operation management mode of HLC company is based on the comprehensive application of flat theory of organization system ? lean productionmanagement theory?TOC constraint theory and supply chain inventory management theory and so on.In the process of HLC' s production and operation management development planning,the application of the flat theory of organizational system is conducive to optimizing the overall organizational structure planning and development;the application of lean production management theory to the comprehensive evaluation of production and operation management is conducive to the establishment of JIT Model of “Proper Time,Proper Quantity and Proper Quality”;and the constraint theory is more conducive to the formation of process constraints for the healthy growth of the company supply;the theory of chain inventory management will be conducive to guiding production and operation management to control inventory,improve the capital turnover,and make the company's capital flow virtuous circle.Through in-depth analysis and Research on production and operation management system of HLC company,it is found that the enterprise has overstaffed organization and slow response to market demand;frequently changes in production plans,usually serious insertion situation,but emergency orders can not insert,frequent ticket hopping,low production efficiency,production value can not be improved;the stock pressure of raw materials and finished products is quite large,and the sluggish material is serious.The turnover speed is slow and so on.Grasping the essence through phenomena,three core contradictions are put forward through induction and sorting out:organizational structure system?production planning and material control?inventory management.Firstly,this paper combs the professional theories involved in these three issues,then makes a detailed analysis of the current situation and problems of production and operation management of HLC Company,and makes a thorough and detailed analysis of the reasons combined with the flattening theory of organizational system ? lean production management theory?TOC constraint theory and supply chain management theory in the world today.Secondly,based on the analysis of the reasons,the horizontal comparison method is used to cite the solutions to these three problems of the world's famous successful enterprises:the flat organizational structure(OSF)model?production planning and material control lean production(JIT)model and inventory management VMI management model.Thirdly,on the premise of drawing lessons from and summarizing the mature experience of successful enterprises,combined with the actual situation of HLC Company,the optimization strategies for these three problems are put forward:The optimization strategy of organization structure flattening?the optimization strategy of production planning and material control and the optimization strategy of inventory management.Fourthly,in order to better implement the optimization strategy,four measures of implementation and control are formulated:“Promoting the optimization and transformation of organizational structure,adopting scientific methods to improve the ideological solidification standard”,“Achieving efficient and fast planningmanagement,straightening out the process,fulfilling responsibilities and authority”,“Improving inventory management capacity,pursuing the goal of “Zero inventory”,“Strengthening standardization operation,solidifying process experience to form enterprise culture”.Optimizing strategies and supporting implementation measures go hand in hand to ensure HLC company to establish a rapid response to the market,improve efficiency and reduce costs,and achieve sustainable business and development goals.It can be seen that in order to promote the sustainable?stable and healthy development of HLC' s production and operation management,it is necessary to scientifically study and construct a multi-level production and operation management system with clear and lean organizational structure ? scientific production planning and material control mechanism ?effective risk control of inventory management,and actively explore more effective strategies to guide the development and planning of production and operation management through collective efforts.
