Research On The Optimization Of Capital Structure Of Nanning Sugar Company,Limited

As the saying goes,"Food is the paramount necessity of the people",human beings cannot survive without food,so the status of the food industry is very important in this country of 1.4 billion people.The food industry has tremendous room for development and potential,listed companies as the main force of the development of the food industry,and capital structure is an important indicator to judge the financial status of the company,so the sample company's capital structure optimization has prominent practical significance to the food industry's future development.Based on the agricultural food processing industry under the CSRC industry classification and Nanning Sugar Industry Company,Ltd.as the research object,this thesis uses the case study method to study the capital structure of the sample company and compares with the other nine industries in the agricultural food processing industry Listed companies,put forward how to optimize the capital structure of Nanning Sugar Company,and provide reference for the food processing industry about capital structure optimization.Based on the theories of classical and modern capital structure,by analyzing the profitability,overall capital structure,debt structure,equity structure and financing structure of Nanning Sugar Company,the paper makes use of the methods of quantitative analysis and comparative analysis compared with the other nine representative listed companies in the agricultural food processing industry to study the capital structure of this company.It is found that Nanning Sugar Company has such problems as high asset-liability ratio,unreasonable liability structure,over-concentration of equity and relatively simple financing channels.Through the methods of static optimization and dynamic optimization,combined with the internal and external environment of this company,puts forward specific proposals to reasonably reduce the company's debt ratio,adjust the corporate debt structure,optimize the company's shareholding structure and utilize diversified financing channels,which can provide some reference for the management practices of enterprises and also help investors make more effective investment decisions.
