Research On Financial Risk Control Of Nanning Sugar

The basic industry for the development of China's national economy is agriculture,and China has always strongly supported the development of agriculture.With the continuous development of China's economy,China's agriculture has also ushered in a good development opportunity,and more and more agricultural listed companies.However,due to the particularity of agriculture itself,there are certain limitations in agricultural management.Coupled with the vulnerability of market environment and social and natural factors,China's agricultural production faces regional dispersion,long production cycle and capital.Risks such as unreasonable structure,poor profitability,and insufficient growth capacity.Among the various risks faced by agricultural enterprises,especially financial risks are the most important,while agricultural listed companies are relatively backward in terms of financial risk identification and control.Therefore,it is even more urgent to strengthen the research and analysis of the financial risks of agricultural listed companies.This paper is based on the financial risk identification and control theory,and combined with the current financial situation of agricultural listed companies,using a combination of theoretical research and case studies,and using the Z-score model and financial evaluation indicators analysis method,select Nanning sugar industry as research Object.Nanning Sugar has been in a state of serious losses in recent years.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of financial risks of Nanning Sugar Industry,and identifies Nanning sugar from four aspects: financing risk,investment risk,operational risk and income distribution risk.The financial risks of the industry,and put forward some reasonable countermeasures for the financial risks faced by Nanning Sugar,hoping to provide some constructive opinions to the management of Nanning Sugar,so that Nanning Sugar can develop healthily and hope to Provide some reference experience for other domestic agricultural companies.
