Since the reform and opening up,the national economy of our country has developed rapidly,the disposable income of residents has continuously increased,and people's living habits and consumption habits have also changed with the improvement of living standard.The grades put forward higher requirements than before.There is huge development potential in the domestic paper market.In recent years,papermaking enterprises have blossomed everywhere.After decades of reshuffling,there have been some competitive enterprises,such as Golden Red Leaf,Hengan,Vida,Zhongshun Big four,Yongfeng,Dongguan,and so on.Quanlin original color,cloth and other characteristics of enterprises,living paper industry market competition continues to show white-hot.At the same time,within the industry Overcapacity is serious,almost all of the top 10 companies have new capacity;brand confusion,low recognition,product homogenization,consumer demand in some areas can not be met.Disorderly competition among enterprises is too frequent,leading to frequent low-end price wars and lower profit margins.How to adapt to the current competitive environment and expand the competitive advantage becomes an urgent problem in the future development of papermaking enterprises.BDGX Paper Co as the eighth enterprise in the industry,the former industry giants can hardly be surpassed,as the industry followers have a certain typical.This article will be used through enterprise internal analysis,external analysis and industry environment analysis,the BDGX Paper Co living paper business face unclear positioning,overcapacity,homogenization,R & D Through the analysis of the feasibility of SWOT and the feasibility of the three basic strategies,it is found that the strategy of differentiation can solve the above problems to a certain extent,using external opportunities,avoiding external threats and giving full play to their own advantages,which is beneficial to the establishment of brand image and long distance hair.Exhibition.The competition should pay attention to the ways and methods,improve and upgrade from the aspect of paying attention to consumers' needs,expand their own sales channels by using information network,and strengthen the internal R & D capability.Selective and differentiated competitive strategy in line with consumers' appetites can effectively mobilize consumers' consumption enthusiasm and consumption ability,and can expand the market of enterprises.
