Farmers' professional cooperatives are a new attempt for China's agricultural production to move from "singleness" to "cooperation".Peasants ' professional cooperatives rely on them to quickly spread across a wide range of rural areas in rural areas across the country.This not only partially eases the contradiction between "small-scale production" and "big market" of farmers,but also helps the resources of farmers in similar agricultural production.Integration.In recent years,the characteristic vegetable industry in Jiyang County has been booming.The annual vegetable planting area is 400,000 mu.There are 120,000 high-standard vegetable greenhouses,and a series of well-known brands such as Qu Di Cucumber and Renfeng Watermelon have been gradually established.The first batch of vegetable standard parks in the country was established as a model county,a demonstration county for pollution-free agricultural product mark promotion supervision and regulation,and a national infrastructure vegetable development base county.With the development of the vegetable industry,vegetable specialty cooperatives in Jiyang County have gradually emerged,but the development period of vegetable specialty cooperatives in Jiyang County is relatively late.There are generally problems such as small scale,unsound system,non-standard operation,and weak market protection.To a certain extent,it limits the transformation and upgrading of the vegetable industry.Therefore,studying the development of vegetable specialties in Jiyang County is not only a practical need for the development of the county's vegetable industry,but also an important guiding significance for the development of professional cooperatives in the county.In this paper,through the literature data method,we consult the information about farmers' professional cooperatives and their development.We present the basic characteristics,existing problems,and operational mechanisms of professional cooperatives.At the same time,we go deep into the vegetable research cooperatives of Jiyang County to conduct on-site research and learn about The basic status of the number and structure of vegetable specialized cooperatives in Jiyang County was established,and indicators such as organizational structure,operating mechanism,and government support were built.Questionnaire surveys and case interviews were used to obtain and collate survey data,mainly using empirical analysis methods.The factor analysis method empirically analyzes that in the development of the vegetable specialty cooperatives in Jiyang County,the leadership capacity of the leaders in the development and the estimated value of the coefficient of the benefit allocation mechanism variables are 5%and 2%,respectively,which is positively related to the vegetable specialty cooperatives.However,the characteristic value of the organizational structure was less than 1%,indicating that the organization of vegetable specialized cooperatives was still loose and did not play its due role.Finally,we will strengthen the development of professional vegetable cooperatives,strengthen the construction of professional cooperatives,construct a practical benefit-sharing mechanism,improve the operation mechanism of cooperatives,and increase government support.
