As China's primary energy supply energyand after experiencing the golden years of development, now coal are facing the energy sector reform, changes in energy use patterns and the enormous impact of the information age. Coal industry are experiencing development bottleneck, coal overcapacity and coal prices that continue to decline. Social life and production gradually shift to clean and more efficient new energy. These factors make China's numerous coal enterprises, especially small and medium sized coal enterprises continue tosuffer contraction of the market space and profit margins, companies face pressure to survive. In the grim context of development, the use of the Internet development model + traditional industries has become a new way, coal power began to rise. How China's coal enterprises to adapt to new trends, to better carry out ecommerce business, implementation and transformation of business profit model has become an important issue. To promote the coal industry, information technology for business success in transition to achieve development is crucial breakthrough. In this paper, A coal operators for a particular object of study, aims to external environment and internal conditions of the analysis representative of significance for China's large coal enterprises planning e-commerce development strategy to provide some useful ideas, To improve the effectiveness of the decision-making enterprise transformation, to help enterprises to better carry out online trading business, and make financial difficulties turn to the development of the initiative.
