Research On Risk Management Of Wind Power Infrastructure Project From The Perspective Of Finance

How to find an effective method for identifying and controlling financial risks,improve the quality of construction projects,accelerate the transformation of project management functions and adapt to the current situation of project risk management in the new era is the main objective of our research.From the financial perspective,through the risk analysis of the current wind power infrastructure projects,we can point out the existing problems,use the excellent experience for reference,explore the reform objectives,reform direction and reform model of wind power project management,supervise the whole project management process,and provide suggestions for improving project management efficiency.We also focus on the analysis of all the links in the risk management chain and the corresponding risk content in project management,and propose effective overall risk control measures and specific improvement measures.This will help increase the risk control awareness of project construction company and its personnel,and effectively standardize the risk control activities in the management process;will help promote the financial business efficiency and reasonable evasion of financial risks during the construction of electricity projects,give play to the role of financial management,and meet the financial management needs of electric infrastructure projects.This article attempts to precede from the financial point of view a deep analysis of the characteristics and problems of the financial management of electricity infrastructure projects,identify scientifically the possible project management risks of all specialties at all stages based on the actual situation of wind power project management.Through the risk identification,risk measurement and risk control,we can build a financial risk control index system for improving the management and operation level of wind power infrastructure projects.
