In the backdrop of the environmental protection, a lot of industry support, wind powerprojects is one of them. As a kind of clean renewable energy, wind power is more and morebrought to the attention of the countries all over the world. It continuously, unlimited,unlimited, it is estimated that the global amount of wind power is about2.74x109mw,which can use wind power to2x107mw, than on the earth can be10times larger amount ofwater development and utilization. Because of the wind energy resource of clean andsustainable regeneration, many areas in China began to adopt this way to replace thecoal-fired power, on the one hand save non-renewable energy consumption such as coal, onthe other hand, also protect the environment. As a result, over the years we have seen moreand more wind power project started construction, but the wind power project constructioncycle is long, investment is relatively large, complex construction technology andinstallation technology, design to the scope of more extensive, therefore the project start tothe end of the project the whole process, there are a lot of factors interference with theoperation of the project, light person of the project progress, quality, these factors cause theinfluence of the small scale, the person that weigh can produce huge financial loss to theproject and safe hidden trouble, so mining have serious impact on the project risk factors,and carries on the strict control and prevention is very important. The essence of the riskmanagement according to the project is identified in the process of the various kinds of riskevents, these events are qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation, and on the basis ofreasonable evaluation strategy is put forward, in order to ensure the implementation ofproject management objectives. This process includes risk identification, risk estimate andevaluation, puts forward several stages of risk coping strategies.The author through to the field of project management knowledge learning, and accessto a large number of domestic and foreign literature on project risk management and control,the lines, the theory of project risk management knowledge to the risk control of wind powerprojects, combined with the last Yang village wind power projects in Anhui province the realcase, systematic analysis and research on the risk of the project point, possibility and theextent of the impact of, and from the policy risk, security risk, construction risk, quality risk, management risk and environmental risk control and prevention measures are put forward.In the process of this comparative analysis of the engineering project risk identification, riskanalysis and risk evaluation methods, and used the methods such as brainstorming methodand analytic hierarchy process (AHP) auxiliary analysis, enhance the credibility of theanalysis conclusion.Hope this article analysis can help the enterprise to solve practical problems, reduceproject risk, improve project profit, at the same time also hope to do for reference andreference for other projects in the same industry.
