Research On Load Risk Management Of Wind Power Project In ICBC Ningxia Brach

Wind power as a kind of clean renewable energy, getting more attention of the countries all over the world. Thereinto, wind power has a wild distribution and huge potential for development in China. Since 2008, influenced by international macroscopic situation, China started slowing up economic development. However the government increased fixed assets investment in transport and energy, in order to stimulate domestic demand and support rapid development of social economy. Currently, Chinese wind power generation technology tend to be mature, the fast-developing projects of wind power also promote bank credit demand. So risk assessment, risk management and taking corresponding measures duly can push The normal development of ICBC Ningxia branch.This paper will carding risk of wind power project in ICBC Ningxia branch by risk identification, risk assessment and risk management. First, identified the risk, such as operational risk, credit risk, market risk, guarantee risk and financial risk. Secondly, assessed the risk by the theory of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment method. Finally put forward the measures for solving the credit risk. The purpose of this paper is improving the competitiveness of ICBC Ningxia Branch, and serve the national long-term development strategy and social economic development in Ningxia.
