Over the past20years, the development of wind power is continuing toexceed its expected speed,resulting that wind resources become the world’s fastestgrowing energy source. As a most representative of clean energy, wind energy caneffectively resolve oil and other fossil resources can no longer be the plight of thesignificance of environmental protection is obvious; And wind energy earlier thanother clean energy development time, a complete set of mature technology, hasproduced good economic returns. Chinese land area is vast and has a rich of windenergy. Over the last years, the Chinese government has increased investment inwind power projects, and strive to increase the wind power industry in the country inthe proportion. Wind power projects can bring more substantial economic benefits,but it can also lead to the construction of wind power projects and investment in anincreasingly competitive. If you want to have a place in the market, you must adopteffective methods to prevent and avoid operational risks, in particular, therelationship between financial risks.At present, the risk management of the wind energy was started late, there arehuge gap between developed countries in both the sense of the risk managementand technique method, we are still at the first developed level and lack of experience,however, the high risk of the economic activity forced the enterprise to realize theirfinancial risks, to understand what the risk is and what kind of lost would thisincident may cause, based on this reason, we have to make and deliver the mostefficiency method to avoid the bad result, to ensure wind energy social effect. Above all, this article is systematically discussed on both theory and practicalresearch, and based on, to set up the related risk control system will have importantsignificant on releasing and avoiding the financial risks in wind energy enterprise, toensure healthy, steady and rapidly development.The thesis firstly described the research background, significance, integratedcontent and methods, then took Datang Yuanliangshan wind power project forexample, analyzes its financial risk identification and assessment. Chapter threefocused on the project’s financial risk in the investment process, project contractmanagement of financial risks, project funds management of financial risks, Chapterfour proposed financial risk management and control programs in the wind powerprojects:establish forecasting system of investment gains and losses,develop projectcontract review visas management practices, improve financial accounting andsupervision and management measures, ensure project specifications of financialrisk management systems, and some other means, through these methods,thesource of financial risk in Yuanliangshan wind power project will be controlled.Finally, the paper presents the conclusions and outlook.In the new era, companies are facing dramatically changed financialenvironment, the financial risks are more diverse and complex. meanwhile,thedegree of harm caused by the financial risk of the enterprise is also growing. Inorder to effectively prevent financial risks catastrophic consequences for companies,enterprises should strengthen the overall financial risk prevention and control, builda comprehensive system of financial risk prevention and control of the enterprise,and lay a solid foundation for financial risk management of enterprises, whichenables companies to forge ahead in the midst of a market economy.In this thesis, awind power project as a starting point is considering the risk characteristics of thewind power project experience. It Propose specific control measures to prevent and control of financial risks to other wind power projects and it plays a positive role inguiding.
