With the economic level,the financial industry has already occupied an important position in the economic field of our country.The development of Internet banking,the traditional financial industry is facing the continuous reform and innovation,transformation of development strategy,profit model,adjust the asset structure,financial product development,expand revenue channels,targeting customers,is the strategic adjustment of commercial banks must be carried out.Large enterprises are faced with various financing channels.Commercial banks can't rely solely on large enterprises to increase credit income.SMEs have difficulties in financing.Commercial banks can aim at SME customers to expand credit business.The customers of small and medium-sized enterprises have gradually become the new target market of commercial banks,which can bring new business and profit growth points for commercial banks.The core of commercial bank's credit business is credit rating to customers.However,there are various problems in the credit rating system of commercial banks in China,especially,there is no credit rating system for SMEs.In order to carry out the small and medium-sized enterprise customers of financial services,commercial banks must strengthen the construction of credit system of small and medium sized enterprises,credit rating system of customers with the characteristics of small and medium enterprises,can solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises and improve the market competitiveness of commercial banks,expand the source of profits for commercial banks.Through the enterprises in M Bank of Zhengzhou branch,this paper can be used for reference for the construction of credit rating system of small and medium sized enterprises in commercial banks.The basis of this study at home and abroad,expounds the basic theories related to the credit rating system of commercial banks,including small and medium-sized enterprise customer definition,credit,credit risk concept and research development;the status of customer credit rating system of commercial banks to SMEs is analyzed,referring to the domestic and foreign advanced banks and rating agencies,and field the investigation of Zhengzhou branch of M bank rating system,analysis of the existing system,we find that the existing rating system is not for small and medium-sized enterprise financial problems;on the banks of M by theoretical analysis and on-the-spot investigation,on credit rating index system from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative index system design,based on financial indicators,increased business indicators;construction of commercial bank SME customers Customer credit rating system,based on the new index system on the construction of evaluation model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method by AHP and,for customer credit by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,qualitative analysis is transformed into quantitative calculation and practical significance as far as possible to ensure the calculation;according to the credit rating system,the credit rating of M bank Zhengzhou branch of small and medium enterprises,and the rating results with existing bank rating results were compared to verify the rationality and feasibility of the model.
