With the prosperity of e-commerce economy,the logistics industry enjoys a rapid development.At present,China's online retail logistics industry has hit a new high,but a series of problems still exist,such as high distribution costs,serious resources waste and unguaranteed customer satisfaction.For example,the customers may pay high distribution costs but do not enjoy quality distribution services.Along with the social and economic development,the customers raise higher and higher requirements for logistics distribution services,and they hope that the goods are delivered within specific time slot.As a result,whether the goods can be delivered within the time slot required by the customers not only affects the total costs during the distribution process,but also affects the customer satisfaction.For this end,on the basis of time slot,an in-depth study on optimization of online retail distribution is carried out so as to achieve the goals of reducing total distribution costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.The study is of research significance and practical value for both online retailers and customers.In this paper,the current status and existing problems in domestic and international research are firstly analyzed;based on the review of literature related to e-commerce distribution,distribution routing optimization and time slot-based distribution routing optimization,the time slot-based online retail vehicle distribution and routing optimization problems are presented.Next,the characteristics of traditional online retail distribution way and time slot-based online retail distribution way are dissected;in combination of relevant theories,by introducing the time slot pricing,locker storage costs and allowance costs,a time slot-based online retail distribution routing optimization model is constructed to minimize the total distribution costs.In order achieve a win-win situation of online retailers and customers,based on the time slot-based online retail distribution routing optimization model,with the satisfaction of different customers as the constraint condition,a time slot-based online retail distribution routing optimization model taking into account the customer satisfaction is established,which aims to minimize the total distribution costs.Finally,in consideration of the characteristics of the model,the olfactory and gustatory processes are added to the traditional fruit fly optimization algorithm for improvement,and a discrete fruit fly optimization algorithm(DFOA)whose solving speed and convergence effect are higher than the genetic algorithm(GA)is designed.By solving the model,the research results are as follows.First of all,the solving and optimization effects of DFOA are superior to those of GA.Secondly,compared to the results before optimization,the number of the vehicles required by the distribution is decreased by 4,saving a fixed cost of 100 RMB;the total driving distance reduces by 74.39%,saving a variable cost of 2,796.07 RMB;the allowance cost decreases by101.5 RMB,so the final total distribution costs decline by 2,963.57 RMB.Finally,Pareto optimum suggests that the average customer satisfaction is negatively correlated with the total distribution costs.In order to achieve greater average customer satisfaction,more vehicles shall be adopted for distribution;it will cause serious resource waste if the loaded cargo amount does not reach the maximum carrying capacity of the vehicles and the driving distance does not reach the limit.The sensitivity analysis shows that,there is no significant Pareto improvement for total distribution costs under the influence of maximum speed per hour,while there is a significant Pareto improvement for total distribution costs under the influence of carrying capacity and driving distance of vehicles.The research results provide guidance and reference for online retailers' selection of logistics distribution ways.
