The state-owned enterprise is an important force of our national economy,plays an important role in the national economy and people's life,and has made great contributions to the economic construction of our country.But in recent years,corruption cases in state-owned enterprises are frequent.Executives of state-owned enterprises are more frequently appearing in the list of respondents.State-owned enterprises,represented by central enterprises,have become an important "battlefield" to promote the fight against corruption,which also reflects that there are still many deficiencies in the supervision and management of the senior management of the state-owned enterprises.Promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises,perfecting the supervision and management mechanism of the senior management of the state-owned enterprises and strengthening the self-discipline of the senior managers of the state-owned enterprises are of great significance not only to the improvement of the management level of the state-owned enterprises,but also to the improvement of the overall governance level of Chinese Enterprises and the enhancement of the international competitiveness of the enterprises.The paper does research on supervision and management of the executives of the state-owned enterprises in A City,finds out the existing problems in the supervision and management,and analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen the supervision and management of the executives under the new situation.The main contents are divided into the following parts: the first part explains the concept and scope of the executives of state-owned enterprises,studies the mode of supervision and management of the senior managers,and introduces the evolution of the supervision mechanism of the state-owned enterprises.The second part introduces the status of the state owned enterprises in A City,the supervision and management of the senior managers of the state-owned enterprises and their characteristics,designs a questionnaire,reclaims statistics and analyses the results,and draws the problems existing in the supervision and management of the senior executives of the state-owned enterprises in A city,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The third part lists how to improve A city state-owned enterprises executives supervision and management : one isto strengthen the integrity awareness education;two is to improve the supervision and management system;three is to strengthen the supervision force;four is the active innovation supervision means.
