Because of stock option’s excitation promote Long-term development for company, so China’sstate-owned corporate stock option incentive plan was suspended for nearly two years, which wasrecognized by the State Asset Management Committee again in2009.State-owned enterprises in differentindustries implement stock option Incentive Plan for senior management, make operators and shareholders’interest align, the value of the company was raised, shareholder wealth is increased.In the article, China state-owned listed companies as incentive stock options study, and industryclassification, implementation of the implementation of incentive stock options analysis on companies indifferent industries. According to the characteristics of enterprises were compared in different life cycle,different life cycle stages of implementation of the incentive effect of stock options to be studied. In thecorporate governance structure, china’s state-owned enterprises to implement the stock option incentivequalifications required to study, forexample: Board membership, Board of Supervisors role and Theproportion of outside directors of the Remuneration Committee were studied. Thus obtained has a perfectmodern corporate governance structure, in the growth stage or mature stage high-tech industry, businessesare more suitable for senior management of the implementation of incentive stock options mode, so as toachieve the goal of long-term incentives to senior management, make shareholders and senior managementobjectives align, maximize the interests of the company, increasing shareholder wealth.Implementation of the senior management stock option incentive effect is good or bad, and the stockoption incentive plan design is reasonable to have a great relationship, the rational design of stock optionincentive plan is to study the focus of incentive stock options.
