Research On The Evaluation And Control Of Business Risk Management Of Suihua Guarantee Company

The guarantee industry is a product of China's market economy.It has just started and is mainly used to provide guarantees for bank loans from SMEs,and it can better bridge the financing and investment of SMEs.Its development has only reached 20 years in just 20 years.Its rapid development has transformed from the original few into nearly 10,000 guarantee companies.However,as the guarantee industry develops,problems are constantly emerging.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the business risk management of Suihua guarantee company,this paper identifies the problems in its business risk management,analyzes its existing problems,and proposes suggestions for the improvement of business risk management and control.The paper first introduces the general company profile,the internal organization structure and the business types involved.It also studied the status quo of risk management of Suihua guarantee companies and the types of risks,and found out the weak links in the business risk management of Suihua guarantee companies;thus,the indicators that affect the risk of deterrence-based guarantee companies were obtained,and then the measurement model was established and the risk indicators were established.The weights are measured and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk indicators of Suihua guarantee companies.Finally,based on the measurement results,this paper proposes a control strategy for the business risk management of Suihua guarantee company,and find out the business risk control measures of Suihua guarantee company.These measures include improving the risk assessment system and effective counter-guarantee measures;establishing and improving legal risk prevention measures for the security company;and strengthening cooperation with banks and other financial institutions.
