With the deepening of global economic integration, the construction enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition, in order to earn a place in the fierce competition, cost is an important part of enterprise management, more and more construction enterprises pay attention tocost, how to use advanced management methods to control costs, and make cost minimization and profit biggest, become an important premise for the construction enterprise to win the competitive advantage.Supply chain management, a kind of advanced management ideas, originated from the manufacturing industry, and have achieved fruitful results in the manufacturing and retail industry. Applying the supply chain theory to the construction, reconstruct the supply chain of construction enterprises and make construction enterprises to obtain higher profits than the industry level under the advanced management idea, which is a new way to enhance the profits of construction enterprises.In recent years EPC mode is a popular project management model in theconstruction industry of western countries, it has the design, procurement, construction and commissioning, and responsible for the project quality, safety, schedule, cost etc, it is also a oriented whole process oriented of management mode, the application of EPC model has brought an opportunity for construction enterprises to carry out supply chain management. First of all, this paper analyzes the status and problems of China’s construction industry, on this basis, Introducing EPC management mode, construct the model of construction supply chain under the EPC mode.Secondly, to construct cost management system of construction supply chain under the EPC model, and analyzes the cost structure of supply chain construction, and divide the cost of construction supply chain into before and after delivery of construction projects two stages, and then the cost of construction supply chain of before delivery of construction projects divide into the design cost, purchasing cost and the construction cost, subdivide the each phase’s cost,find the ways and methods of cost control. In this paper, thirdly, base on the cost structure analysis of construction supply chain, construction cost optimization model of the construction supply chain under general contracting mode. Finally, this paper make empirical analysis on the cost optimization model of construction supply chain under the EPC mode, results show that the model has good guiding and good practicability to the actual practical operation...
