With the development of market economy and the deepening of market, there are more and more serious challenges in the market, which is faced by enterprises.Under this background, how to reduce the operation cost of organization and how to improve the performance management level of organization become a topic of great concern to the academic community. However,it has been neglected for a long time of the research on the counterproductive work behavior, which is widespread in all types of enterprises and is destructive to the enterprise. It has become a topic of companies and academia.Counterproductive work behavior(CWB)is an intentional behavior that the individual displays in the organization and is potentially harmful to the legitimate interests of relevant stakeholders and organizations. The research on the antecedent variables of counterproductive work behavior was focused on variables such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work stress, and organizational unfairness, while the psychological contract breach which is a relatively common variable in the organization was ignored. In addition, compared with non-knowledge-based employees, knowledge workers have a wealth of theoretical knowledge, strong desire of self-worth realization,a high creative work, and great difficultly in performance evaluation, which determine the important role of knowledge workers in the enterprise. Therefore, this article will explore the relationship between the psychological contract breach and the counterproductive work behavior of knowledge workers from the perspective of empirical study. At the same time,Exploring the mediating role of negative emotions in the relationship between psychological contract breach and counterproductive work behavior of knowledge workers and the regulatory role of relationship remedy in the relationship of psychological contract breach and the counterproductive work behavior of knowledge workers.Firstly, this study reviews and sorts out relevant literature at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars' research on psychological contract breach, counterproductive work behavior, negative emotions, and relationship remedy, the paper point out that there is still room for further exploration in the current research and puts forward the research emphases.Secondly, summarizing the theoretical basis, which mainly contains the Social Change Theory,Equity Theory,"the Setback-Attack" Theory,Causal Reasoning Theory,Affective Events Theory,Pressure-Emotional-Counterproductive Work Behavior Model,Attribution Theory and Reinforcement Theory.Through the analysis of the theories,it has combed out the existing relationships among the four variables which made a theoretical foundation for the research hypothesis.Thirdly, conducting empirical analysis. The empirical analysis mainly includes three parts: the research hypothesis and model construction, prediction test and scale correction, data analysis and hypothesis testing.Based on the theoretical analysis, six main research hypotheses are proposed, and the analysis model of this study is proposed based on the assumptions.Through pre-study to complete the pre-testing and revision of the scale to form a formal survey questionnaire, complete formal investigation on this basis.Through descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of variance of demographic characteristics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, data analysis was completed, and the hypothesis verification results were finally obtained. Finally, the research summary and outlook.Organize and summarize research conclusions and summarize the future research prospects.
