Performance appraisal has always been the most difficult problem in the enterprise.After years of academic research,the theoretical community has studied a number of studies on performance appraisal tools,performance appraisal methods,performance appraisal information systems,performance appraisal purposes and performance appraisal fairness.However,the performance appraisal problems did not been solve.The reason is that the performance appraisal is inevitably affected by organizational politics,the existing research has shown that Appraisee's Perception of Appraisal Politics will have a bad influence on the organization,leading to counterproductive work behavior,but how does Appraisee's Perception of Appraisal Politics affect counterproductive work behavior is unknown.Therefore,this study takes the three dimensions of Appraisee's Perception of Appraisal Politics as the dependent variable,and introduces the psychological contract breach as the mediating variable and the Supervisor-Subordinate Guanxi as the moderating variables in order to explore the impact of the various dimensions of the Appraisee's Perception of Appraisal Politics on organizational orientation and interpersonal orientation counterproductive work behavior.The results show that the political behavior of higher appraisers and the political behavior of examinees positively affect the psychological contract breach,organizational orientation and interpersonal orientation counterproductive work behavior,the psychological contract breach positively affects organizational orientation and interpersonal counterproductive work behavior behavior,and psychological contract breach played a part of the mediating role between the political behavior of higher appraisers and organizational orientation counterproductive work behavior.Psychological contract breach played a part of the mediating role between the political behavior of appraisers and the organizational orientation counterproductive behaviors.Supervisor-subordinate Guanxi moderated the relationship of psychological contract breach and political behavior of higher appraisers.
