The rapid migration of rural labour to the non-agricultural sector not only reduces the number of agricultural workers, but also becomes increasingly aging and feminized. When engaged in labor-intensive links, there will be obvious shortages in production and supply. In the face of labor shortage and structural adjustment, farmers' mode of production and management may be changed as follows:first, renting out land,The transfer of agricultural land helps to promote large-scale agricultural production, the second is the emergence of outsourcing services. However, under the background of the change of labor force structure, the transfer of agricultural land and the outsourcing of agricultural production are induced.Services affect each other. What are the factors affecting the circulation of agricultural land?Does the aging and feminization of labor force structure promote land circulation? What role does the outsourced service of agricultural production play in the aging and feminization of labor force on the transfer of agricultural land, whether it hinders the transfer of agricultural land?Answering the above questions will be of great significance to the development of agricultural production and management mode transformation,to alleviate the adverse impact of labor force transfer on agricultural production,to improve the efficiency of labor production,to save labor force working time, and to reduce labor labor intensity.Based on the survey data of 10 years in Jiangsu,Sichuan and Jilin provinces on 2003,2008 and 2013,this paper analyzes the influence of the change of agricultural labor force structure on land circulation and the aging of outsourced services in the labor force from the theoretical and empirical aspects. The effect of feminization on agricultural land transfer is expected to provide a new perspective for understanding the transformation of agricultural production and management mode under the perspective of changing agricultural labor structure,to promote agricultural land transfer, and to provide a useful supplement for the study of agricultural production outsourcing services.
