Research On Leadership Promotion Strategy Of WZ Farmers

The grassroots managers,such as the head of the branch and the supervisor of the channel,serve as the link between the commercial banks,especially the local agribusiness banks,linking the high leadership of the banks with the first line of business and sales.Therefore,the leadership ability of the grass-roots managers plays a key role in the sustainable,high-quality and stable development of the whole organization performance of the commercial banks.Compared with the middle and senior leaders,there is a big gap in the cultivation of grass-roots managers in agricultural and commercial banks.The lack of leadership ability of grass-roots managers is becoming one of the important crises affecting the development and transformation of banks.Therefore,how to improve the leadership of grass-roots managers and promote the achievement of performance results has become the key issue for the core competitiveness of agricultural and commercial banks to shape and improve.This paper takes WZ agribusiness as the research object,based on the dimension of the designers and implementers of the action learning project,starts from the leadership and the action learning related literature research to sum up the leadership theory and the research present situation in detail.The theory and practice of action learning are expounded in detail,and on the basis of this,the qualitative approach is used to investigate,interview,questionnaire,experience induction and so on.This paper analyzes the current situation of leadership of the grass-roots managers of WZ agribusiness bank,finds out the weak links of leadership of the grass-roots managers of WZ agribusiness bank through Gallup Q12 evaluation,and clarifies the specific leadership contents to be promoted.To design and implement the leadership promotion program of WZ agribusiness based on action learning.
