| With the progress of technology and the development of economy,there are many business opportunities.Meanwhile,the government has issued a series of preferential policies to encourage entrepreneurship.More and more people who are not satisfied with the status choose to start their own businesses to realize their life value and social value.Therefore,how to improve the entrepreneurial ability becomes the focus of entrepreneurship research.Scholars begin to focus on how to improve the entrepreneurial ability through learning.The level of entrepreneurial ability directly determines the survival and development of enterprises.The innovation of this study is no longer limited to the influence of the whole level of traditional research action learning on entrepreneurial ability,but to deeply analyze the influence of each link of action learning on each dimension of entrepreneurial ability,and build the impact model of action learning on entrepreneurial ability.Taking into account the differences of individual characteristics,behavior modification is used as the intermediary variable of action learning and entrepreneurial ability of entrepreneurs,breaking through the impact of the study on each dimension of the two,and deeply discussing the relationship between each link of action learning,behavior modification and entrepreneurial ability.Based on a systematic review of the literature on action learning,behavior modify,and entrepreneurial ability of entrepreneurs,this paper constructs a theoretical model,proposes research hypotheses,then conducts empirical tests by using data analysis software SPSS22.0.Firstly,in order to ensure the validity of the scale,a small sample questionnaire was carried out to eliminate unreasonable items according to the test results,the scale was revised to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Secondly,a large sample test was carried out to using the revised measurement scale to test the reliability and validity of the study results again.Finally,in order to test the model hypothesis proposed above,single-factor variance analysis,correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were performed on the large sample data.Main research conclusions :(1)entrepreneurship ability can be improved through learning;(2)each link of action learning positively affects each dimension of entrepreneur's entrepreneurial ability;(3)action learning indirectly affects the entrepreneurial ability of entrepreneurs through behavior modification;(4)behavior modification positively affects the entrepreneurial ability of entrepreneurs;(5)different parts of action learning have different degrees of behavior modification for entrepreneurs.Based on the above research conclusions,the following Suggestions are proposed mainly from the perspective of individuals and organizations.At the individual level(1)actively participate in the action learning of entrepreneurship training and fully understand the implementation process of action learning;(2)in the process of action learning,attention should be paid to collect information extensively,exchange and discuss with each other,question and reflect,systematically integrate resources,propose solutions,and finally correct their own wrong cognition and behavior in the process of implementation,so as to strengthen correct cognition and behavior.(3)flexibly take the form of action learning based on the actual situation of work and problems encountered.(4)action learning is carried out in a team.Before action learning,the team members should be organized in a reasonable way to ensure the complementary and difference of their knowledge and skills.The organizational level :(1)government departments should strengthen the entrepreneurial education training to enrich the forms of entrepreneurial learning.(2)education department should improve the entrepreneurship education course,develop more action learning courses,cultivate students' entrepreneurial awareness and improve their entrepreneurial ability. |
