High-end equipment manufacturing is a national priority,and it is also a powerful booster for our country to be transformed from being a big manufacturer into a strong manufacturer.As an important part of high-end equipment manufacturing,rail transit has attracted wide attention both at home and abroad.While our country and society constantly put forward new requirements for the construction of rail transit,they also propose a new challenge to its innovation and development.The operation and maintenance system of rail transit is a complex system with multiple specialties and jobs,which has the capacity of large transportation,long service cycle and unpredictability of life.Once the system produces risk accidents,the economic and social losses caused by them will be immeasurable.Along with the rapid development of information technology,it is an effective means to reduce the probability of occurrence of risk accidents by using emerging technologies such as big data,the Internet of things,and cloud computing to carry out scientific and effective risk assessment for the process of operation and maintenance for rail transit operation.A few studies are made about the operation and maintenance of rail transit,so this paper focuses on the research the risk assessment of rail traffic based on distributed preference relations.In this paper,various risk factors that affect the process of operation and maintenance of rail transit is analyzed,the indicator system of risk assessment of the operation and maintenance for rail traffic,and the systematic and scientific scheme of risk assessment is designed.The studies in this paper have enriched and developed the risk assessment system of the operation and maintenance for rail transit,which is of great significance to effectively control the occurrence of risk accidents in the process of operation and maintenance for rail transit.Firstly,this paper introduces the essential features related to the operation and maintenance of rail transit and analyzes the existing problems in the process of the operation and maintenance for rail transit.To solve this problems,this design the basic idea of risk assessment of the operation and maintenance for rail transit by using the essential features of the operation and maintenance of rail transit.Also,this paper constructs the risk assessment index system of the operation and maintenance for rail transit from the perspectives of "man-machine-environment-management".Secondly,under the situation of uncertainty,this paper focuses on studying risk assessment of the operation and maintenance for rail transit.Based on distributed preference relations,the problem of assessing risk of the operation and maintenance for rail transit is modeled and then a new rule of comparing distributed preference relations is designed.Taking the rule as a basis,this paper proposes a method of assessing risk of the operation and maintenance for rail transit.Finally,the proposed method was applied to conduct risk assessment for different quarters of the operation and maintenance for high-speed train,which verifies the applicability and validity of the method.By the above-mentioned study,this paper provides a feasible and effective method for risk assessment in the process of the operation and maintenance for rail transit operation in uncertain situations.In the future,more in-depth research will be carried out to enrich and develop the theoretical and practical significance of risk assessment in the process of the operation and maintenance for rail transit operation.
