| Because of the complexity and uncertainty of decision-making environment and the subjective fuzziness of decision-maker's thinking,the researches on multi-attribute decision-making have drawn great attention from scholars,and they also have achieved remarkable results.However,decision makers always encounter various problems in the actual decision-making process.Such as,multi-attribute decision-making with mixed attribute values,uncertain decision-making with multiple natural states and multiple participants,and dynamic decision-making which is considering the future development of decision-making,and so on.In this thesis,with respect to the dynamic multi-attribute group decision-making problem with mixed information of the three-parameter interval grey number and triangular fuzzy number,a dynamic method based on the prospect theory and two reference points is proposed.Firstly,for the problem of mixed quantitative and qualitative attributes,taking into account the different characteristics of the two,the three-parameter interval gray numbers and the triangular fuzzy numbers are respectively used for characterization,and the mixed target model is proposed,and that is considered as external reference point.Secondly,by investigating the similarity between individual decision-making and group decision-making,the adjustment model of expert's weight is established.Then,in order to understand the dynamic development of each alternative,the time reference point is set based on the mean value and the average development speed.Finally,with the practical problems of an investment bank in selecting investment projects,the author applies the dynamic mixed multiple-attribute group decision-making method based on two reference points to the selection of investment projects,and makes a decision on the options after a comprehensive and reasonable consideration.And a numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method. |
