| With the change of the operation mode of domestic enterprises,the participation of employees at all levels in the enterprise management activities is gradually increasing.Companies are no longer just a few executives making decisions,Employees’ opinions and suggestions play an increasingly important role in the development and improvement of various enterprises,At the same time,the authorized leadership style,which advocates strengthening the self-control of employees and participating more in corporate governance,has also been imitated by enterprises in China.This study will demonstrate how authorized leadership style affects employee’s voice making behavior,verify the mediating role of responsibility perception in this process and the moderating effect of power distance on responsibility perception.In this paper,the Internet questionnaire software was used to distribute and collect the effective questionnaires of 484 employees in various industries in China.,Based on the analysis of questionnaires,this paper conducts empirical research,which proves that authorized leadership has a significant positive correlation with employee’s voice behavior,responsibility perception plays a positive mediating role in the process of empowering leaders influencing employees’ voice making behavior,mediating effect of the sense of responsibility of power distance on the promoting voice behavior.However,the mediating effect on inhibitory voice behavior is not significant。This paper summarizes and analyzes the results of empirical research,which is helpful to enrich the research of employee voice behavior,authorized leadership and other fields.Combined with the management practice,this paper puts forward some suggestions:(1).Enterprises should establish an effective authorized organization management system;(2)Organizational should improve employees’ sense of participation in business operation;(3)The company should set up the channel of suggestion and eliminate the barrier of employees’ suggestion. |
