With the progress of science and technology and the continuous deepening of knowledge economy,knowledge work is currently the main source of value creation in economy.Thus,enterprise management is gradually focusing on knowledge management,and effective and reasonable development of human capital will be moreimportant in sustainable growth of company.The knowledge worker of enterprise has become the core of enterprise competition,value creation,reasonable allocation of resources,etc.This is especially true for high-tech enterprise in the early stage of entrepreneurship,and whether they can motivate the knowledge workers effectivelywill directly determine the survival of enterprise.This paper is based on the continuous development of knowledge economy and the deepening of the research background of employees incentive issueof knowledge-based high-techstart-up CW,analyze the use of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,double factor theory and expectation theory,analyze the existing problems in the process of the incentive ofhigh-tech start-up CW employees and propose solutions and ideas,and expect to provide reference for the effective motivation of knowledge based start-up high-tech enterprise employees.This paperdiscovered on the CW company as the research motivation of knowledge workers of high-tech enterprises in early stage:(1)characteristics of the CW company as anearly stage high-tech enterprise are limited resources and high-tech innovation,and knowledge workers have the characteristics of knowledge,creativity,and high degree of autonomy,therefore,in motivation of knowledge workers special attention of high-tech start-ups and knowledge workers must be combined.(2)When pays incentives to knowledge workers,CW shouldbring the knowledge staffs value creation process into the salary system,fulling considering the invisible value-added brought by the process where knowledge is transferred into final achievements.(3)CW,as a start-up high-tech enterprise,should combine with the self-development needs of knowledge workers in the post configuration,job enrichment and expansion.According to their ability and willingness to work arrangements,while considering the start-up period of human resource allocation of the limited consideration should be given to the knowledge staff of self-growth and demand,effectively carry out the work arranged from human resources to alleviate the staffing problem.(4)the high-tech enterprises in the start-up period of CW working on knowledge workers' autonomy incentive design,should be combined with the characteristics of itself quality and ability of knowledge staff to improve work authorization autonomy but also taking into account the employees and the knowledge of self-development and self-realization with each other.Their sense of achievement at work and their trust in themselves can be an effective motivating factor for their work.
