| Enterprise's development into the knowledge innovation,technology innovation,and a new era of industrial innovation,high quality staff to enterprise's development plays a more and more important role,enterprise staff has always been the lifeblood of enterprise development,it is also the important driving force for the development of faster and more stable and better,more enterprise core competitiveness in the future.At the same time,a series of new management issues are emerging,the first of which is the high turnover rate of enterprises.Although enterprise employee turnover rate can make enterprise more energetic,but not only high staff turnover rate would increase the cost of enterprise's human resources,and reduce the enterprise's work efficiency,more conducive to the long-term and stable development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the turnover rate of enterprise employees.The tendency of employee turnover has also gradually entered the view of scholars.Study how to control enterprise employee turnover rate in a reasonable range,find out the influence factors of employee turnover intention,and the control and adjustment,the factors which influence enterprise is a major challenge facing human resource managers.Employee turnover intention of the study,can effectively attract and retain outstanding skills of high-quality staff,for enterprise and academia,has very important theoretical and practical significance.Workplace rejection is a kind of employees in the workplace felt ignored by others or an isolated phenomenon,determines the staffs working environment,employee's work performance and turnover intention have significant influence,but also no researchers to include organization of self-esteem and resilience in the workplace rejection to the studies of the effects of employee turnover intention.So this article attempts to delve into the workplace rejection impact on turnover intention,organizational intermediary effect between the two variables of self-esteem,and resilience in the workplace and organization adjustment effect between self-esteem.In this paper,based on the theory of previous studies,a convenience sample of 319 employees all over the country,through the empirical analysis to explore the internal exclusion,workplace organization self-esteem,turnover intention and the relationship between resilience,the following conclusions:(1)There is a positive correlation between workplace rejection and turnover intention,that is,the more serious the internal workplace exclusion,the higher the turnover intention of employees.(2)There is a negative correlation between workplace rejection and organizational self-esteem,namely,the more serious the internal workplace exclusion,the weaker the employee's self-esteem.(3)Organizational self-esteem has a negative correlation with turnover intention,namely,the weaker the organizational self-esteem,the higher the employee turnover intention.(4)The intermediary role between organizational self-respect and resignation tendency is that workplace exclusion indirectly influences the turnover intention through organizational self-esteem.(5)Between the resilience in the workplace and self-esteem in regulating role,namely compared with high resilience staff,low mental toughness of employees work to reject the more negative influence of the organization's self-esteem. |
