As people become increasingly rich in material life,spiritual life in daily life and work to play the role of more and more important,people are increasingly concerned about the relationship with the surrounding people,but also pay more attention to other people on their own views or behavior.Coupled with the pace of work and life is increasing speed,competition between people growing,in the workplace life,may be a small friction will evolve into the workplace exclusion,compared with Western society,Chinese society more emphasis on the circle,Factions division,out of oppression,cultivate cronies and other considerations,the workplace exclusion in all types of enterprises in China has been more frequent and common phenomenon.Studies have shown that workplace exclusion will reduce employee organizational citizenship behavior and enhance employee anti-production behavior.This study explores the relationship between jobplace exclusion and employee role behavior from three levels.The second layer,the active personality and organization and organization of political atmosphere as a regulatory variable,respectively,to explore the two of the workplace exclusion and the relationship between the behavior of the citizenship The third layer,to the active personality and organization of political atmosphere as a regulatory variable,respectively,to explore the two workplace exclusion and anti-production behavior of the regulatory role.From these three levels to start,trying to further reveal the workplace exclusion and the role of employees outside the role of the mechanism between the " black box ".Based on the theory of social identity,this paper takes 218 employees as the research object,and uses the methods of interview and questionnaire to analyze the basic assumptions and models of the study with SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 as data analysis tools test.It is concluded that the workplace exclusion has a significant negative impact on the behavior of the organization's citizenship;the workplace exclusion has a significant positive impact on the anti-production behavior;the active personality has a moderating effect on the relationship between the workplace exclusion and the organization's citizenship behavior;The relationship between workplace exclusion and anti-production behavior has a moderating effect;organization and organization of political atmosphere on the workplace exclusion and the relationship between organizational citizenship regulation has a regulatory role;organization and organization of political atmosphere on the workplace exclusion and anti-production behavior has a regulatory role.Finally,the research results are analyzed and discussed,and then the main conclusions of this study are obtained.At the same time,the feasibility of the reference is put forward.At the end of this paper,the limitations of this paper are summarized and the future research is put forward.
