Tourism shopping is an important part of the development of tourism industry,and it is also an indispensable link of tourist activities.After the reform and opening up,the income level of the people in the rising,the pursuit of quality of life,the concept of consumption has also undergone major changes,this change directly urges the tourism industry,tourism as the main entertainment outside the people,can drive the development of tourism shopping.However,tourism shopping activities exist a greater randomness,consumption is often determined by the mood of tourists.Looking at the domestic tourism shopping market can find a very obvious phenomenon,namely "weak outside strong",people in foreign wanton shopping,while the domestic shopping market is very depressed.This shows that China's tourism shopping market still has a certain development space.This study takes the national 4 A-level scenic spot-China Zhoushan International Aquatic City as the research object,uses the qualitative and the quantitative combination method to complete.First of all,the author through a variety of channels,collected a large number of Zhoushan international aquatic City data and related literatures at home and abroad,and carefully read and comb the summary,combined with the development of the tourism market of Zhoushan International Aquatic City,the relevant issues in the article qualitative analysis.At the same time,with the help of spass 17.0 statistical software to complete the quantitative study of related issues.In the concrete research process,the author embarks from the reality,through the questionnaire investigation way,to the tourist shopping item's importance and the satisfaction perception research.Then using the IPA analysis method,the paper makes a systematic diagnosis of the tourism shopping satisfaction of Zhoushan International Aquatic City,and studies some problems in the tourism shopping market of Zhoushan International aquatic product City from different angles.Finally,on the basis of the IPA analysis method,the countermeasures are analyzed,put forward five strategies to improve the tourism shopping satisfaction of Zhoushan International Aquatic City:One is to strengthen the construction of tourism commodity brand;the other is to optimize the tourism shopping environment;The third is to improve the service level of the sales staff and strengthen the supervision and management of the operating households And five is to cultivate new forms of tourism products.It is hoped that it will promote the healthy development of the tourism of Zhoushan International Aquatic City,improve the overall level and comprehensive competitiveness of Zhoushan tourism service industry,and provide theoretical reference for further study on the development of the tourism shopping market in Zhoushan International Aquatic City.
