Study On Heilongjiang Agricultural Products Circulation Efficiency

Agriculture is the foundation of China's economic development,and the pro duction of agricultural products is related to people's livelihood.As an important link that can link the production link and the consumption link of the agricultu ral products,the circulation of agricultural products has received extensive attent ion in recent years.With the economic development level of the society and the improvement of the people's living standard,the demand for agricultural product s has gradually developed from a number of demand to quality and consumpti on.In order to improve the efficiency of the production,transportation and storag e of agricultural products,the efficiency of agricultural products can be effective ly reduced,and the production,transportation and storage efficiency of agricultura l products can be improved to meet the needs of the consumers.Therefore,how to improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural products and the smooth an d efficient effects of agricultural products to consumers are becoming the focus of government attention.In 2018,the No.1 document of the Central Committee was formally promulgated in January 2nd.The document was focused on agricu lture again.The views on the circulation of agricultural products should be vigo rously promoted in the circulation of agricultural products.This indicates that sp eeding up the modernization process of agricultural products and improving the circulation efficiency of agricultural products will be the focus of the governme nt's work in the future.Heilongjiang Province,as the most important grain produ ction base in China and the reserve base of grain strategy,also actively respond s to the national call to accelerate the pace of reform.However,there are still p roblems such as high circulation cost,low level of information and imperfect m arket system of agricultural products in the circulation of agricultural products i n Heilongjiang province.The circulation efficiency of Heilongjiang's agricultural products has been hindered to some extent.In view of the above problems,this paper first analyzes the current situatio n of the circulation of agricultural products in Heilongjiang province from the three angles of circulation conditions,circulation mode and policy guarantee,and points out that the circulation of agricultural products in Heilongjiang province still exists in the low level of construction of the wholesale market of agr icultural products,the backward development of cold chain logistics and the slo w development of the third party logistics enterprises.Then,we select 3 first gra de index and 8 two level index to construct the evaluation system of agricultur al product circulation efficiency in Heilongjiang Province,and make use of the data of Heilongjiang agricultural product flow industry for 2008-2016 years to analyze the factor.The result shows that the main influencing factors of the cir culation efficiency of agricultural products in Heilongjiang are speed efficiency and economic efficiency and black.The circulation efficiency of agricultural pro ductsin Longjiang province presents a trend of first rising and then decreasing.Thenfrom two aspects of speed efficiency and economic efficiency,it points out the factors that restrict the efficiency of agricultural products circulation in He ilongjiang province.The main factors that restrict the efficiency of the circulatio n speed of agricultural products in Heilongjiang province are the main factors t hatrestrict the distribution of agricultural products and the excessive circulation ofagricultural products;the development of agricultural products futures market is slow and cold.The backward development level of chain logistics is the mai nfactor that restricts the economic efficiency of agricultural products circulation inHeilongjiang.At last,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Heilongjiang provi nce.At the level of speed efficiency,the countermeasures and suggestions are pu t forward to promote the reform of maize supply side,expand the marketing ch annels of agricultural products,and reduce the circulation of agricultural product s.On the economic efficiency level,we put forward the countermeasures and sug gestions to carry out the futures trading of agricultural products,promote the de velopment of cold chain logistics and develop the model of "agriculture + artif icial intelligence".
