A Town PV Power Project Cost Management Research

Whether it is now or in the future,it is more and more important to develop and utilize solar resources to demand the national economy,improve the environment and meet the demands of people's living electricity.It is necessary to develop the solar resource for the sustainable development of the energy industry and the national economy.With the development of new energy solar PV projects,the related problems of project cost management and control have attracted more and more attention from the managers of the power plant construction projects.Many companies are studying to standardize the management of project cost to achieve efficiency and save cost.In the current stage of the fast development of photovoltaic power generation,how to strengthen the control and management of the financial cost in the operation of photovoltaic power generation project has become the new topic of discussion for the company.Solar photovoltaic power generation has become a beneficial attempt and exploration.After sustainable development of abundant solar resources,power plants can support local industrial and agricultural production needs and grid power delivery.It is great significant for the construction of photovoltaic power generation to save energy and promote the economic construction of the region.At present,the local government makes hard efforts to optimize the ecological environment for the energy conservation under the combination with financial and industrial support policy such as building the new environmental power plant and investing huge money.However,due to the corruption,low technical level and imperfect management ability in some areas,the cost of the project is not effective to control and manage.So it is significant to research the cost management of the PV power project.This paper is based on the research of the of the cost management of the A town PV power project,make advice for optimizing cost management;improve project achievement and currency efficacy.Based on basic theory and useful method of cost management,combining with current cost management situation of A town PV power project,this paper tries to find problem of cost management and give some useful advice for optimizing cost management and control.The main research method include in paper are as follows:(1)Literature review.With a lot of literature review,paper tries to compare current domestic and foreign research achievements,to find deficiency of current project cost management;(2)Comparative research.With this method,paper is based on foreign and inner main document data base system.Through compare with popular theory,paper focus on analyzing the deficiency of A town P V power project cost management(3)Quantitative and qualitative combination analysis.With the thoroughly project financial data,paper tries to analyze the cause of the cost management problem.From the process of A town project,engineering project should focus on cost plan and control,draw up process method,evaluate the effect of practical application.Through scientific analysis on the problem of cost management,combining with substantial existence of over run-cost activities,paper gives some optimizing advice including improve cost accounting,build complete cost management system and enhance cost control of each link of project.I hope this paper would give some useful advice for similar PV power project cost management.
