Cost Management Research Of A Company Display Line Construction Project

The project discussed in this paper is the cost management research of top AMOLED display line construction project.The project confirms to the national development policy of the new industry,which supported by the state and local government.With the rapidly improving quality of product,the market has a broad prospect and huge potential demand.A company is a wholly state-owned enterprise,which is now focus on pushing forward the construction of the sixth generation of AMOLED display line.The total investment in the project is RMB 272.78 billion,including RMB 257.78 billion construction investment and RMB 15 billion current capital investments(also including about USD 30.66 billion).The total land area of the project is 463,333 m2,and the total construction area is 755,561 m2.The project requires about 5,000 employees.The main contents include production and auxiliary production facilities,power facilities,environmental protection facilities,safety facilities,firefighting facilities and corresponding construction.In theory,the construction of large-scale project engineering is a complicated system project.Without the detail organization arrangement and management,the project will be difficult to complete successfully and achieve the expected production and construction purposes.At present,the face of a global,especially both in the vast market demand and technology development trend in china's small and medium size display product,a large number of well-known manufacturing companies began to expand new field AMOLED display products actively,developing high-end ones.Because of the large scale,long construction period and high funding cost with human,technology,and so on,it is very important for the cost management of the project in order to gain more profit space and obtain the price advantages in the market.The implementation of the scientific cost management method can effectively reduce the cost of project construction,and improve the economic benefits of the new product line construction project of A company while guaranteeing the quality of construction.Based on the theory of project cost management,the main research methods include:1)The empirical analysis method: to analyze the cost management of A company and put forward cost management countermeasures;2)The informational collection method: to summarize and compare the cost management methods of library information resources,network data and related document research project;At present,the construction enterprises in China have many problems in the cost management of project,including imperfect system and low management level,which results in the high cost and low benefit.This paper,started from the cost of the construction project management theory,discuss the problems existing in the engineering project cost management process with analyzing actual project cost management,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.In recent years,with the continuous additional support policies of the state industry,the research on the management of large-scales construction projects in emerging industries has never stopped.How to improve project construction efficiency,how to shorten project construction period and cost,how to maximize project revenue,has become an urgent problem in the whole industry.The high-end display project is a high-end industry,which is characterized by high fixed asset investment,strong equipment,relatively simple products,and high impact on the production and operation of downstream.It is objective of the uncertainty of the cost of this production.Some of it may exceed the control in advance,which will make the high risk of the cost control and profit space.Focus on the impact on the internal rate of return with the sale's revenue and the balance of the profit and loss,the project has a certain ability to resist risks.But with the longer cycle and higher cost in human beings and building infrastructure,it is necessary to make a scientific management to project cost systematically and planned,to make the profit maximization and improved project efficiency.In order to ensure the success of the project,it is also necessary to undertake project planning and coordination,shorten the construction period and control the investment scale strictly.
