In the new age,a variety of creative distribution modes based on shared resources have provided new ideas for solving distribution problem of traditional e-commerce fresh-food in the last mile. The paper aims at the characteristics of e-commerce fresh-food,and studies the location-routing problem of e-commerce fresh-food under the form of shared logistics. It makes integrative decisions based on the location of facilities and distribution routing in the last mile, with taking into account the characteristics of e-commerce fresh-food and the requirements for enterprises to reduce costs at the same time, which are of great value to practice in the real life. The Location Routing Problem(LRP)is a combinatorial optimization problem that combines Location Allocation and Vehicle Routing Problem. The paper focuses on the construction of LRP model and the design of algorithm under the pattern of shared logistics facilities about fresh-food under e-commerce environment in the last mile.Firstly, this paper summarizes and analyzes similar research from the aspects of the form of shared logistics, distribution of fresh-food and location-routing problems, and points out the new issues of LRP existing in the form of shared logistics resources of e-commerce fresh-food.Then,aiming at the characteristics of fresh-food,establish the location-routing optimization model for joint distribution points in the last mile, and design a taboo search algorithm to solve it.Finally, after computing specific examples, the effect of the model of the joint distribution points based on shared facilities is analyzed. In view of the performance evaluation indicators such as distribution cost, drive distance, service time, utilization of vehicle capacity, the paper compares the effects of the two implementation schemes, which verifies the effectiveness and applicability of the model. The calculation results of the example show that the best implementation plan(the joint distribution of shared facilities(joint distribution points)of the two distribution companies includes A and B)is more economical than the current implementation plan(that is,the two distribution companies delivery their own commodities respectively). It also reduce the service time and saves social resources. The paper provides a reference case for the distribution solution under the shared logistics resources for future research.
