Research On Location-routing Problem In Cold-chain Distribution Of Fresh Food

The service level of cold-chain distribution has been maintaining the last words of fresh food quality. While the poor efficiency in cold-chain distribution system may lead to a high level in damage cost and food safety risk, integrating the resources of cold-chain and optimizing the distribution system have been the crucial topics for cold-chain distribution.Under the background of batch reducing, frequency increasing and network stretching in distribution, this paper chose the distribution planning of cold-chain companies as the object of study. A combination of LRP, which originates from intergrated logistics, T.T.T theory as well as Arrhenius formula has been made to undertake a further research on constructing and optimizing of fresh food distribution system. The main contens of this paper are as follow:? According to the analysis on transportation methods and processing structure of fresh food cold-chain logistics, and conbining the T.T.T theory and Arrhenius formula, this paper has probed the characteristics of fresh food distribution and shown the decay function of food qualitity, on the base of which, it analyed the composition of cost in cold-chain and establisher a three-layer LRP model for fresh food distributuion;? Considering the characteristics of this LRP, the numerical model has been divided into two parts from perspective of objective function and solution. A two phase heuristic algorithm consist of envelope method and simulanted annealing algorithm has been designed and vertificated by applying a set of examples;? By analyzing the case of northeast Hubei distribution network planning for S cold-chain logistics company, a clustering analysis for the distribution centers and customers has been put forward, basing on which the distribution routines were solved with matlab programming. The meaning of counting decaying punishment in LRP of fresh food has been certificated by a set of comparison reaserches.
