The phenomenon of circles has existed for a long time,and it has been widely distributed,with a wide variety of forms.It is a unique organizational culture phenomenon in China.The entrepreneurship circle is mainly composed of well-known entrepreneurs from different industries and fields with greater influence.It is an informal organization that does not aim for profit.There is no doubt about the value of the circle in China,which believes in "multiple friends and more." Someone commented on the value of the entrepreneurial circle: entrepreneurs are like pearls,circled by various circles into a string of necklaces.They use one circle after another to achieve the purpose of nurturing contacts,expanding business opportunities or philanthropic purposes.Of course,they do not rule out the urging of the “fighting for the rivers and lakes” in distress.Some people also said that if people are savage,they will be mixed with sirloin circles,and people who know more calves will be even more savage,and thus form a virtuous circle.From this we can see that the entrepreneurial circle is important for the growth of entrepreneurs and the development of enterprises.In the existing research on the circle of entrepreneurs,it was initially only presented in newspapers,media,etc.,which did not arouse the attention of the academic community.It was only in the last two years that academic researchers began to make a shallow theoretical discussion on the phenomenon.Although some scholars have explored the formation mechanism of the entrepreneur circle from the macro perspective,they have not conducted in-depth studies on the mechanism of the entrepreneur circle.In addition,entrepreneurs are the main members of the entrepreneur circle.Based on this,this article mainly explores the following aspects according to the informal organization theory: First,it analyzes the functional value of the entrepreneur circle,which mainly includes the formation basis of the entrepreneur circle.And development conditions,as well as positive and negative effects of the entrepreneurial circle as an informal organization.Secondly,through the analysis of the operation mechanism of the entrepreneur circle,it is found that the role of the entrepreneur circle in entrepreneur growth is achieved through entrepreneurial social interaction.Therefore,the relationship between the entrepreneur circle,entrepreneur social interaction,and entrepreneur growth is constructed.model.Thirdly,on the basis of the theoretical analysis in Chapter 2 and the model construction in Chapter 3,the Chinese Enterprise Club was selected asthe main case study object to further validate the model.The research conclusions clearly demonstrate that in an entrepreneurial circle,different ways of social interaction will lead entrepreneurs to obtain different growth resources and different growth opportunities needed for growth,so as to solve management problems,financial issues,competitiveness issues and sustainable development for enterprises.Problems,etc.,increase the opportunities for entrepreneurs to cooperate and increase the reputation of entrepreneurs.When entrepreneurs grow up,the assisted entrepreneurs will also share their own information and resources through social interactions to help others,and ultimately form a virtuous circle between the entrepreneurial circle,entrepreneurial social interaction,and entrepreneurial growth.The innovations in this paper are mainly reflected in the following three aspects: First,on the basis of previous research results,the entrepreneurial circle is systematically discussed from the perspective of management,and the entrepreneur circle is regarded as an informal organization.In a certain situation,it can be transformed into a formal organization.Second,it breaks the previous research on the growth of entrepreneurs based on the relationship network of entrepreneurs as the main body.For the first time,it studies the relationship between entrepreneurs and the network from the perspective of informal organizations.The impact of home growth;Third,it is proposed that social interaction of entrepreneurs is an important channel for entrepreneurs to influence the growth of entrepreneurs.However,this paper adopts the case study method and focuses on the qualitative research on the relationship between the entrepreneur circle and entrepreneur growth,and lacks quantitative research on it.In addition,this article focuses only on the positive effects of the entrepreneur circle but ignores the negative effects of the entrepreneur circle.
