| Presently, our country is in an important period of economic development and institutional transformation. We are walking into an entrepreneurs time. Start-up entrepreneurs and the variable activities of the development of new businesses are playing more and more important roles in China's economic growth. The present stage of China's socialist market economy development determines that the environment is imperfect, which offers entrepreneurs a lot of entrepreneurial opportunity as well as many obstacles to growth. In this study of entrepreneurs in economic growth under the conditions of the external environment, it is of great significance that we can take advantage of the positive factors in the environment, and improve the environment to avoid the negative factors.After reading lots of documents , the second chapter of this article summaries the theories of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship and environment. In chapter III we study the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) model in six areas, including the financial support, government policies, research and development transfer, the business environment and infrastructure, barriers to entry, as well as cultural and social norms. Concluding the current research in the growth of our entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial environment, we summed up China's economic, social and market environment for the growth of entrepreneurs in a variety of constraints. Lastly, we give the corresponding policy recommendations: To increase the venture's financial support; to strengthen the legal protection of private property, to protect the intellectual property rights in China to improve conditions for the transfer of research and development, to promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. Intellectual property will enable enterprises in the normal track of sustainable development within the health and cost savings to a large extent, the remainder of the increase enterprise economy. |
