Entrepreneurs are one of the scarcest resources of the modern society. Throughout the course of economic development around the world, we can find that the rise in developed countries all thanks to a large class of entrepreneurs for its economic development activity. If we say the modern economic system is in place for property rights, the modern market economy is to seek contracts in place, so, we can also say, the core of the modern enterprise system is that for entrepreneurs in place. And the current, in the context of the global financial crisis evolved from the subprime mortgage crisis triggered by the U.S, at this point of research in the field on the growth of entrepreneurs is highlighting a very important practical significance and a unique research value.How are entrepreneurs to grow up? This problem has been the topical issues in the field of the growth of entrepreneurs. In the past, the growth of research on entrepreneurship often focus on two aspects of the individual and the growth environment, but also from many different disciplines under the psychological characteristics, institutional culture, social network, geographical environment and other related research point of view. It is obvious that the growth of entrepreneurs is a complex process affected by many factors, and these factors can hardly be summarized in a single Research Institute. To a certain extent, this complexity will be the performance of his growing influence of various factors. In this perspective, the process of entrepreneur's growth is the results of these various factors affect. Based on previous studies, we will specifically define the factors influencing the process the growth of entrepreneurs as follow: individual characteristics, networks of entrepreneurs, institutional culture, growth motivation, growth resources, growth capabilities and growth opportunities for the growth of seven factors. Individual characteristic is the integrated formation of a congenital and acquired by the growth of acquisition, and is the relative stability of individual personality characteristics. This is the unique individual factors in their process of growth. Institutional culture is an important environmental factor in the growth of entrepreneurs with strong objectivity. Entrepreneurs network elements, is a range of individual characteristics and the system of comprehensive cross-cultural factors. The growth of motivation, growth resources, growth capabilities, and growth opportunities is between the individual and the environment factor interacted with the environment and individual entrepreneur impact.The four growth factors of growth motivation and growth resources, growth capabilities and growth opportunities constitute a specific growth process of entrepreneur. Four factors are all entrepreneurs are the basic macro-components of the growth process. The four factors are the basic macro-components of all the entrepreneur growth process. Growth motivation is the intrinsic motivation to continuously maintain the growth of entrepreneurs engaged in business activities; Growth of resources is financial, material and information, and other materials related resources that an entrepreneur who needed to grow, and it is a realistic basis for entrepreneurial growth and development; Growth capabilities is the entrepreneurial growth of congenital and acquired acquisition inherited the spirit, quality and other aspects of mental energy. This is the most critical core competencies and power in the process of growth of entrepreneurs, and also is the most important support and the basic force in the growth of entrepreneurs. In the whole growth process of entrepreneurs, this capability is one of the most core elements, and connects and coordinates the growth of entrepreneurs in the process of the various factors; Opportunities for growth of entrepreneurs is a possibility to meet the market demand through their creative integration of resources. The growth opportunities are also the process of individual entrepreneurs'finding opportunities the market to realize their own potential values. It provides the opportunities and possibilities for entrepreneurs to play a growing ability to achieve market value. For most entrepreneurs, this is indispensable. And above individual characteristics, institutional culture, entrepreneur network are also mixed and distributed throughout the entrepreneurial growth process; they are closely related to each other.Finally, on the basis of the above theoretical research, we select two typical entrepreneurs as an example to test and validate the above theoretical model through case study approach.
