Research On The Business Model Of E-learning Products In The K12 Stage

In recent years,the development of educational informatization has promoted the innovation of e-educational auxiliary products.The market has begun to appear various electronic teaching and auxiliary products with different functions and business models.Its business model is currently in a diversified state,but academically research on the business model is still in its absence state.Based on the previous research,this paper establishes the evaluation model of the business model of the K12 electronic auxiliary products.The basic framework of the business model was constructed from a total of 10 indicators including the value proposition,the value system,and the functional system.Based on this system,the status quo and existing problems of electronic teaching aids for K12 stage in China are analyzed.Also,it summarizes the long-term development of online education and the development of more perfect US experience and reference in the K12 stage of electronic teaching and auxiliary products.Learn from the practice of most business model researchers and obtain expert scoring data through questionnaires.Using DEMATEL-entropy method to calculate the comprehensive weight of the indicators of the business model,to find out the impact of the product business model on the weight ranking.The main influencing factors of the business model are: value creation,target market segmentation,product innovation and commercialization.Meanwhile,it analyzes the degree of correlation between various indicators,and based on the results and the experience in the United States,it proposes targeted improvement suggestions for the problems existing in China.Summed up suggestions for the improvement of the business model of the electronic education supplementary products of the K12 stage in China.Finally,use the actual case to test.Using the business model evaluation index system to study the business model of X Technology Electronic Teaching & Appreciating APP,find out the problems in the business model of X Company's teaching and assisting APP,and put forward suggestions for improvement on the issues.
